Update - Surface Dressing Delayed - Ombersley Road Worcester
Recent Surface Dressing work carried out on Ombersley Road.
Even though advanced notification letters were sent to all residents & signs displayed on the road side, unfortunately parked vehicles impeded our progress, preventing us from completing the works on Sunday 23rd June.
As a consequence, works had to be re-programmed into our already tightly packed schedule. Worcestershire County Council had to instruct an emergency road closure for the remaining works to be carried out between 8pm and midnight on Monday 24th June.
We have carried out the 24 hour sweep on Tuesday 25th June, and are carrying out the 48 hour sweep today.
There will be a final sweep approximately 7 days after the initial dressing.
